1. Scope
NHD008 Affiliate AI Business is currently an owner-operated internal API Client. It is used by one owner to research, prepare, quality-check and manage original content. It is not a public SaaS product and is not available for public registration.
2. YouTube Terms
By using features of NHD008 Affiliate AI Business that access YouTube API Services, the user agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

3. Authorized use
The application may perform authorized YouTube API operations only within the permissions granted through Google OAuth and application policy. Current supported operations include confirming the authorized YouTube channel and uploading authorized video after explicit Owner approval. Public or unlisted publishing is not currently represented as an available feature of this API Client.
4. Publication control
Before a YouTube publication action, the Owner must review and approve the exact publication payload, including target channel, video, title, description, visibility, audience classification and relevant disclosure information. The application does not execute a changed publication payload under an old approval.
5. Prohibited uses
This client must not be used to:
- manipulate views, likes, subscribers or comments
- scrape YouTube
- circumvent YouTube restrictions
- upload content without required rights
- upload content that violates applicable law or YouTube policies
- obtain or expose Google or YouTube login credentials
- use undocumented YouTube APIs
6. Intellectual property / rights
The Owner is responsible for having the rights required for uploaded material. The application maintains rights and quality-control gates, but those gates do not create legal ownership of the underlying content.
7. Affiliate disclosure
Some original content may contain affiliate links and may generate commissions. Affiliate monetization does not grant access to YouTube API Data and does not involve the sale of YouTube API Data.
8. Availability
There is no guarantee of uninterrupted API or provider availability. Provider restrictions, quota limits or policy requirements may pause workflows.
9. Authorization and termination
YouTube authorization may be revoked through the application's authorization-revocation control or through Google account permissions. Application use of YouTube API Services may stop when credentials are unavailable, revoked, or when provider policy requires it.
10. Privacy
The Privacy Policy for this API Client is published at privacy-policy.html.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated when product, API or policy behavior changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when a material update is published.
