1. Who we are
NHD008 Affiliate AI Business is an owner-operated internal software application. It is currently used by one owner. It is not a public SaaS product and is not available for public registration.
2. Use of YouTube API Services
NHD008 Affiliate AI Business uses YouTube API Services.
By using features that access YouTube API Services, related Google and YouTube terms also apply:

3. Information accessed
The application accesses only the categories of information needed for its current authorized operations, such as:
- authorized YouTube channel identity, for example channel ID, title and handle where returned by YouTube
- OAuth authorization state required to access the authorized account
- API operation results required for supported operations, including channel verification and authorized video upload
- uploaded-video identifiers and publication metadata generated by the application
- technical and audit information required for safe, idempotent execution
The application does not collect Google or YouTube passwords, two-factor authentication codes, CAPTCHA answers, Google password-vault data, or unrelated browsing history.
4. How information is used
Information is used only to:
- authenticate authorized YouTube API operations
- bind operations to the intended channel
- prepare and execute explicitly approved YouTube operations
- prevent duplicate external mutations
- support audit, recovery and security controls
The application does not use YouTube Authorized Data to manipulate views, likes, subscribers or comments, and it does not scrape YouTube.
5. Data sharing
YouTube and Google receive the information required to perform official API and OAuth operations.
The application does not sell YouTube API Data. Authorized Data is not intentionally disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
This policy does not claim that data is never shared with anyone. Google necessarily processes API and OAuth requests that the application sends through official YouTube API Services.
6. Data storage and security
Credentials are stored in protected local or runtime configuration. Credentials are not displayed on this public website. Secrets are excluded from source control. Access is limited to the authorized owner and the application runtime. Reasonable technical security measures are used to protect stored information.
7. User control and publication consent
The authorizing user retains final authority over YouTube publication actions. Before a publication action, the Owner reviews the exact publication manifest, including target channel, video, title, description, visibility, audience classification and relevant disclosure information. The application does not execute a changed publication payload under an old approval.
Current supported YouTube operations include confirming the authorized channel and uploading authorized video after that explicit approval. Public or unlisted publishing is not currently represented as an available feature of this API Client.
8. Delete stored YouTube-related data
The authorizing user can request deletion of stored YouTube-related data using the application's "YouTube Data & Authorization" controls or the existing public NHD contact form.
Deletion requests are handled as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 7 calendar days where required by the applicable YouTube API policy.
Deleting data stored by NHD008 Affiliate AI Business does not itself delete content or data stored by YouTube. To delete content from YouTube, the user must use YouTube or an authorized client that supports that operation.
9. Revoke YouTube authorization
YouTube authorization can be revoked in two ways:
- The application provides an authorization-revocation control in its "YouTube Data & Authorization" settings.
- Google authorization may also be revoked at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
After applicable authorization revocation, the application stops authorized YouTube operations and handles associated Authorized Data according to the applicable policy and deletion requirements.
10. Data retention
YouTube API Data is retained only as necessary for the purposes disclosed in this policy. It is refreshed or deleted according to applicable YouTube API requirements and the deletion process described above. Retention is not indefinite, and this policy does not claim a universal automatic deletion cycle that the application does not perform.
11. Third-party content / advertising
This internal API Client does not use YouTube Authorized Data for third-party advertising and does not sell that data.
Affiliate links associated with original content may generate commissions. That affiliate monetization does not involve selling YouTube API Data or granting third parties access to Authorized Data.

13. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if API use or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when a material update is published.
